Dr. Pellegrino is a graduate of Canton's own Central Catholic High School. He attended The Ohio State Univerity, here he majored in an independent study in microbiology.

He attended Medical School at The Ohio State University and served his Internship at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus. His residency was served in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at the Ohio State University Hospitals.

Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Dr. Pellegrino is one of the nation's leading experts on fibromyalgia. In fact, he even has the condition himself. He has authored numerous books and articles on the subject, and has been named to the 1998-99 edition of "Best Doctors in America."
